Justin was the salesman who helped my husband and I buy a used vehicle off of the lot. We just took our 2024 CX50 Mazda in for it's first oil change at Horne Mazda. Everyone was very thorough and courteous to us. They also gave us a nice "once around" video of the work and inspection being done on our vehicle. Our service advisor Amanda was very helpful with any questions that we had.
Nolan was awesome helping me find a new vehicle! He listened to the problems I was having prior in order to find the best fit for me which is very rare to find at a dealership, considering my previous experience. We had a fantastic, positive experience with Jeremy and Shay. Jeremy let me test drive any car and answered my questions. If he didn't know the answer, he would find the answer. I did do significant research on these cars. I know three people who have the Cx-5 and they love their cars. My dad found a lightly used car with 6k miles on it and I sent that to Jeremy to see if it was available. It was available for sale and they said it was a loaner. Its luxurious inside and drives like a dream. I knew instantly that this was my car. Jeremy and Shay worked with us to agree upon an amount that worked for everyone. I completed the paperwork on Monday and picked it up on Tuesday. It's beautiful inside and out. I bought the black, which looks like a black pearl. It sparkles! Loving it. Thank you.
Friendliest staff of all the auto dealerships I’ve been to for service. Gabriella and Nava in particular were great. It’s clear staff enjoy doing the work they do, enjoy one another as colleagues, and enjoy interacting with customers. I won’t say I look forward to needing to visit again (because money), but I will say when the time comes, I’m happy to see them. Every time.
I brought my car in for the second maintenance today. The staff at Horne Mazda treated me very well. They had me driven to the Black Bear Diner & picked up & brought back to the dealership. They did an excellent job on my car. They changed my oil, checked the air filters, rotated my tires, sawpped out the transmission fluid, and checked EVERYTHING else on the car. When they were finished, they washed the outside of my car. Excellent!
Great dealership with customer service and professionalism a 10+!! I stopped in the dealership. The front door was held open for me by a sales rep or service tech. I explained that I was a vendor and nothing changed. In fact it only got better. He assisted getting me started and then introduced me to the general manager. Kylor greeted me and answered all my questions. It's so nice to see a GM have time for ALL the customers. This is a top notch dealership. I could tell as soon as I walked in the door.
We just purchased a new 2021 CX5 Signature from Horne Mazda and had the BEST experience. Our contact was Chad Patterson the Internet Sales Manager and I can't say enough good things about him. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and just a great guy to work with. He made the process easy (5 hours on site for paperwork but not his fault). He answered all our questions and was extremely easy going and courteous. He showed us every feature of the car and was patient to make sure we understood how everything would work. He actually made the process fun and that's saying a lot when car shopping. I think the stigma of visiting car dealerships is one of dread but not with Chad! After the purchase was complete I was not able to load the Mazda app on my phone so he called me the next day to walk me through the process. That's dedication even after the sale is done he's still helping his customers. This guy is a keeper and very hard worker. Sales rep Alan Appellof - incredible. The best demeanor and approach of any auto sales pro I have ever encountered. Lets the customer think for themself, doesn't push and lead, humane and decent. Levi in the finance office is equally awesome. Have leased from Horne since 2017. Transitioned to a new lease from an expiring one. Although the dealership has new management between those two occasions, my experience has been professional each time and devoid of typical clown-show dealership-isms. One disappointment - in retrospect I did receive less than full fair trade-in value on my expiring lease - had equity between residual value and KBB trade-in owing to low mileage and good condition. It was my error for not informing myself beforehand to counter-offer, but dealers will be dealers. The Mazda experience is transitioning to a moderately upscale brand. A cut above the mass-market utility car mentality and quality. You will not find a more superbly refined compact or mid-size sedan than the current generation Mazda3 and Mazda6, without paying Audi prices.
Everyone at Horne was courteous and helpful the entire time I was there. The initial phone call with Erik was helpful and informative, and when I showed up he had already set aside the vehicle about which I was inquiring. They answered all of my questions honestly and directly, and all of the paperwork we went over together was thoroughly explained. John in financing helped me get an even better payment than I was originally hoping for, plus additional assurances for the vehicle. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my visit to Horne and will recommend this team to anyone who asks.
I have been nothing but impressed with Horne Mazda. Unfortunately i didn't purchase my vehicle with this dealership but their service department has been amazing! I have had such a good experience with their customer service and after sale support I would definitely consider them again for a new purchase.
We came here to check out the Cx5 and are super happy with our new purchase! It drives smoothly, with a super quiet engine and is very agile and just fun to drive around. Fuel economy is great, really sleek design with beautiful interior and front has been getting a lot of stares on the road :) Special shout out to Kylan who is a very knowledgeable, no pressure guy and just really nice to chat with. There are no words to express my gratitude and appreciation for the patience and kindness from all the men and women who helped me make the right decision at Horne Mazda. The thought of purchasing a new car and having to deal with people who only want to sell you a car and could care less what your needs are - is - well quite common. This was the antithesis at Horne in Ahwatukee. The minute I walked in, it felt like I had entered a family's living room. People were smiling. They let me look around. Not one person was pushy or hovering over me. When I was ready to speak to someone, they listened. I did find my dream car. And at the very end... instead of just closing the deal, so they make another sale, one of the salesmen asked if I had noticed the difference in the two colors that were available. At the last minute, I changed my mind and fell in LOVE with the beautiful Mazda CX-3 that seems to change colors (from white to gray, to blue) that shows up depending on the light. LOVE THE CAR! LOVE THIS MAZDA DEALERSHIP!!! They really make you feel at home and should be a model for all other dealerships to replicate.
I bought my pearl white CX-5 Signature SUV from Horne Mazda and I have to say, I am very pleased at how "stand-up" these guys are. Josh was our Salesman and he stayed with us the entire day. Alex Duncan and Ben Coffeen were professional and made this the best buying experience you could hope for. Ben and Bridgette not only packaged the loan, they stayed with the transaction from cradle to grave. Although it took some time and there were a few zigs and zags, the tireless customer service is what resulted in a five star review instead of one star. Sometimes, it is not about the transaction being problem free, rather, how the problems are handled. Erich was also fantastic. I must say, John Williamson was a smug, arrogant, wise-guy and could have lost the deal if not for the rest of the caring staff. Joel was excellent, found the add-ons we wanted and got them expediently added to the vehicle. I traded my Honda S2000 and was given a fair trade value.
